International/ Export Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

• Identify international market opportunities and develop an international partner network 
• Meeting with clients to develop relationships, discuss product details, and provide customer service to develop and maintain strong customer and distributor connections 
• Presenting sales proposals to clients that include pricing information and terms of agreement, such as contract length and termination clauses
• Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction, and ensuring that agreements are adhered to over time
• Support our international distributors registration process in in close collaboration with our in-house regulatory and in-house supplychain management experts. 
• Coordinating shipping and export of narcotic products from Cannamedical to your customers’ locations and country
• Using your scientific knowledge gained from our medical and marketing team and to engage in high level collaborative, multi – faceted sales processes

Dein Profil

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Min 5 yrs proven track record of key account management and distributor management 
• Ability to communicate global sales activities effectively 
• Strong and convincing negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset 
• Ability to prioritize and structure workload 
• Able to take the lead in high value commercial negotiations and/or guide team where necessary. 
• Travel flexibility 
• Excellent English and German language skills
